By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Nutrition goals: your selected target (Athlete-level, Lose weight, Maintain weight, Gain muscle);
Food diary entries: meal logs entered manually, via text description, or via food photo;

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless required (e.g. for support requests). You can delete this data at any time; it will be permanently removed upon uninstalling the App.
If you log meals using the camera or gallery features, the App temporarily accesses your photo to identify food items and estimate their calorie and nutritional content using AI.
Food photos are processed for the purpose of nutritional estimation only. They are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save a meal entry. AI-based nutritional estimates are approximate and should not be relied upon for medical or clinical decisions.
We do not use your food photos to train our AI models or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.
If you choose to connect the App with Apple Health, we may access health data such as activity levels, calorie burn, or body metrics. This data is used solely to personalize your calorie targets and nutrition tracking experience.
We do not use Apple Health data for advertising purposes, and we do not share it with third parties. This integration fully complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines. You can disconnect Apple Health at any time through your device settings.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect the following data:
Device information: device type, operating system, model, screen characteristics;
Connection data: IP address, network provider, connection type, session duration;
Approximate location: derived from IP address, language, and time zone settings;
Advertising identifiers: advertising IDs or similar device identifiers;
Usage data: interactions with the App, session times, and features used;
Log data: technical logs related to App performance.
This data is typically aggregated and does not directly identify you. It may be processed by third-party analytics and advertising partners. We do not control how such partners independently process this data.
All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details.

When you use AI-powered meal logging (photo or text), your input is processed to generate nutritional estimates. This processing may involve third-party AI services. Any data shared with AI processing partners is limited to what is necessary for the feature to function and is not used for any other purpose.
You should not include sensitive personal or medical information in your food descriptions beyond what is necessary for meal logging.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your place of residence. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected in accordance with applicable law.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide App functionality, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Local data stored on your device is deleted upon uninstalling the App. You may request deletion of any server-side data by contacting us.

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted data, please contact us immediately.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures include data minimization and, where possible, encryption.
